This notice describes information collected through the E-ZCARB website enquiry forms.

Information you provide

Customer enquiries include your name, company or operating name, phone, email, optional website, home state, truck count, truck make, engine model year and whether you operate in California. Partnership enquiries include your business name, contact name, phone, website, email, state, business type and message. Do not include payment details, passwords or government identification documents in these forms.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to respond to your request, discuss compatibility and service options, and arrange follow-up. Submitting an enquiry does not place an order, start a paid subscription or authorize a charge.

Delivery through Telegram

When you submit a form, our server forwards the enquiry to an E-ZCARB team chat using a Telegram bot. People with access to that chat can read it. Telegram processes the message under its own Privacy Policy. Do not treat a website enquiry as a confidential document-upload service.

Browser storage and technical information

The site uses session storage to remember campaign parameters such as utm_source during your browsing session. The current form endpoint forwards only the enquiry fields listed above, not those campaign parameters. Basic conversion events are held in the page’s memory; no external advertising or analytics destination is currently connected. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service. We use the connecting IP address to limit repeated form submissions. Our form handler does not log enquiry contents. Cloudflare processes technical information under its Privacy Policy.

Assistant and external services

The assistant interface currently does not transmit messages or access your microphone. If voice or AI services are connected, this notice will be updated to describe that processing. Links to CARB open official external pages, whose privacy practices apply there.

Retention and access

Submitted enquiries remain in the receiving team chat and any correspondence used to follow up. The current application does not automatically delete those chat messages. We limit access to people handling enquiries. You can ask us to review, correct or delete an enquiry using the contact method below; applicable recordkeeping requirements may affect deletion.

Your choices

You may browse without submitting a form. To ask about personal information or request correction or deletion, contact our written enquiry form; write “Privacy request” in the message field. Include enough detail to identify your enquiry, but do not send identification documents unless specifically requested. Available statutory rights depend on your location and applicable law.

Changes

This notice was updated October 11, 2026. We will revise it when our website’s data handling changes.
