Prepare the facts
Have the actual notice, VIN, registration details, payment records and most recent test result available. Use the official agency channel for sensitive vehicle information.
Separate the missing action
Find out whether the issue concerns reporting, payment, testing or another regulation. If a test is needed, confirm the applicable method before buying a remote device.
