Give the provider the right context
Say that this is an NST response when contacting a testing provider. Confirm the vehicle, appropriate test method, response timing and whether your plan includes that service.
Keep a clear record
Keep the notice, test result and correspondence together. If the vehicle needs repair, coordinate the repair and retest promptly; do not wait for a normal subscription reminder.
Do not assume purchase resolves it
A device order or a support request is not a passing test submission. Review the official record and any instructions in the notice.
